cousin play-date

Today was our first play date with all of Jack's new cousins. We are so lucky because Jack has one 1st cousin and two 2nd cousins that are within 5 months of each other and they all live close by. Natalie was kind enough to host a little play date for us all. It was so much fun we had great food and talked a lot about the joys and struggles of parenthood. It is so nice to not be alone!!! Is it Fall yet?

It has been unusually hot this summer for Salt Lake and we have all been dying for a little relief. Finally today we had a little cool air come in and it felt great! We are sure hoping that Fall is here to stay. Since the weather was so nice Jack and I decided to play outside today. I caught some great pictures in our front yard...he is getting so big!

What can I say I am a sucker for PJ's. I thought these ones were hilarious. Jack doesn't seemed as excited about as I am :( but he was trying to be a good sport when he was really sleepy!

Eating Drama

Jack is usually a good eater but there are those few "precious" moments when he likes to play with his food rather than eat it. Jack is a wiggle worm and I guess I don't have the best aim and with both combined we have a mess!
